Happy to Help Van has its beginnings in 2014 when it was started as a sole trade business by Adam Starus. Since then we have grown into a trusted, local removals and transport service for Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

Adam was educated as a mechanical engineer and has had a car since he was allowed to own one at 18. When he arrived in Edinburgh, he quickly discovered how often people needed a hand moving things — and always liked to help people, some might have even said he was a soft touch, so when he bought a van, requests to help friends and family soon turned into something more.

The desire to be helpful, to ease the stress associated with moving and to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible remains at the heart of what we do today. Our fully equipped Luton vans with 4.2m load space and hydraulic tailgate lifts are among the largest vehicles of this type, and we're fully insured for public liability and goods in transit for added peace of mind.
